I wanna try making mustard next.

Made some fresh Ketchup it was good a bit to clovy in flavor so gonna leave it out the next time. Here is the Recipe:Homemade Ketchup

12 oz tomato paste
1-1 and 1/2 cups water
5 Tbsp vinegar
3/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 -3 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp cayenne (or more!)
1/3-1/2 cup brown sugar 

Whisk all together, and store in fridge.

Ok, ground jalapeno powder is expensive I wonder if I dry some and run it thru coffee grinder  and get what I need?
